MPPT

The abbreviation "MPPT" in photovoltaics stands for "Maximum Power Point Tracker," which translates to "Maximum Power Point Tracker." MPPT is an electronic controller or system used in solar PV systems to monitor and optimize the performance of PV panels.

The MPPT is designed to monitor the operating conditions of the PV panels, such as solar radiation intensity, temperature, and voltage, and then adjusts the operating parameters of the system to achieve the maximum possible output from the panels.

The main objective of the MPPT is to ensure that the PV panel is used as efficiently as possible and generates the maximum possible energy. This enhances the performance of the solar systems and ensures that the energy generated is best used to power appliances or stored in batteries.

The MPPT enables optimum energy efficiency to be achieved even under changing solar radiation conditions.
